Once again, Flagler Palm Coast is knocking heads with various teams away from home. They’re determined to prove that they’re one of the best teams in the state of Florida. What better way to prove that you’re the best than running with the best?

Both the boys and girls teams will be making the trip up to New York today. They will be running at the Reebok Manhattan Invitational. The last time the Bulldogs ran in this meet was in 2010. With a new and aspiring group of runners, the team feels confident in their abilities.

The race will take place in Van Cortlandt Park. This will be a great experience and great test as the season is heading into it’s final month. Instead of the usual 5,000 meters (3.1 miles), the teams will run 2.5 miles. Filled with uphills, downhills, and great competition, the race is going to be one for the Bulldogs to remember.

The boys who will be running include Markell Peck (Sr.), Justin Pacifico (Jr.), Ashton Garrett (Sr.), Ka’Deem Wynn (Jr.), Spencer Mellow (Sr.), Jonathan Ling (Jr.), and Hayden Ore (Jr.)

The girls who will be running include Sophia Clark (Sr.), Darien Halliday (Sr.), Anna Walls (So.), Sada Rowley (Jr.), Baylee Mills (So.), Josie Davis (Sr.), and Peyton Halliday (Fr.)
